In Review, Pt. 2: From Within
I have found that my own fortitude
-divinely assisted, of course- triggers my own creativity.
When you’ve lived to see yourself as the most inspirational intelligence you’ve experienced, then you are starting to live. And it must mean that you’ve been through some things that cause you to see with different eyes. It says that your understanding of life has come through the journey of pain. And now that you live it completely untethered and uninhibited, you have found joy.
Lately I’ve been spending time with all my art (as referenced in my last post). Old videos, collections, pictures…my music, my words. I’ve been trying to see what resonates, calling it all by name to see what calls back to me. I have found that my own fortitude -divinely assisted, of course- triggers my own creativity. I cannot believe I have made it this far on this human journey but I have to believe it. To know that this kind of sacred presence within me is truly the space that has saved me has moved me like nothing else. To know that my gifts have turned over and birthed within me a world that is coming true, a life that is following the trajectory of my deepest wishes. It’s real. I’m real. I love it here. I’m inspired here. And I no longer have to look outside myself. This is how I know I have started living. This is how I know I will continue to be well. A formidable trust has been forged. I can create, live, and love from that place. Oh Theo, there is a light inside that will always find you when you traverse the valleys of your creative seasons. Always.
